- Both Rock River and Sioux Falls have wrapped up the #1 seed in their respective conference. The Raptors clinched the Eastern Conference regular season title by defeating Lexington last week.

- Storm defensive backs Shannon Poppinga and Justin Landis hold down the top two spots in the UIF in interceptions. Poppinga leads the league with eight, while Landis has seven. After last week, Landis now has 13 interceptions for his career, which is tied for fourth on the Storm's all-time list. Poppinga has 34 career interceptions, which in #1 all-time.

- With 17 tackles involved in over the final two games, linebacker Mark Blackburn will set a new team single season record. Blackburn has been involved in 121 tackles so far in 2007. Donny Hilsenroth currently holds the record as he was involved in 137 tackles in 2002.

- This week's game will match-up the two best quarterbacks in the league. Rock River's Ben Sankey leads the league in passing yards and completion percentage. Storm quarterback Terrance Bryant is tied with Sankey for second in the league in TD passes with 45.

- Sankey has thrown for 2,723 yards this season. He is only 124 passing yards away from breaking the UIF single-season record. The record is currently held by Matt Kohn, who passed for 2,849 for Ohio Valley last season.

- Sankey has only thrown eight interceptions out of 357 attempts. Bryant has thrown only seven interceptions out of 318 attempts.
