Storm Game at London Rescheduled for Saturday, February 23rd

Because of poor travelling conditions due to the winter storm hitting the Maritimes, the Summerside STORM cancelled the game scheduled in London against the Lighting today, and has rescheduled for Saturday February 23rd in London at 8pm (AST).
Basketball fans looking for local basketball can watch the University of Prince Edward Island Men's and Women's Panthers square off against Cape Breton University at 1pm (women) and 3pm (men) live on Eastlink Television.
Meanwhile, the Summerside STORM announced Play-Off Ticket Packages will go on sale tomorrow for all STORM basketball fans.
STORM Season Ticket Holders will have until March 1st, 2013 to purchase their playoff tickets and reserve the seats they currently have. After March 1st all seats will go on sale to the general public.
STORM Play-Off Packages will be sold through the Box Office at Credit Union Place in Summerside and may be purchased for a full playoff package of 6 games or round by round packages of 3 games each. STORM Fans who purchased tickets for games that are not played may put that money paid toward season tickets for next season or receive a refund. Credit Union Place Box Office hours are from 12 noon to 8pm, Monday to Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm. On Summerside STORM game days the Box Office is open from 9am to 9pm.
The playoff format features the winners of the Atlantic and Central Divisions getting a bye into the semi-finals of the playoffs. Teams who finished in 4th and 5th place overall in the standings will play a best of 3 series with the winner going to the semi-finals. Both the semi-finals and the finals will be a best of 5 series.
