SIOUX FALLS, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm (8-2) will host the Nebraska Danger (5-5) on Saturday, May 18 at the Denny Sanford Premier Center for a 7:05 PM kickoff. The show will start at 6:45 PM.
Dakotaland Autoglass will serve as the presenting sponsor of the game. The team's annual Salute to Military Night will honor local veterans and active duty members of the military. Military personnel (active or retired) receive a free ticket and can purchase unlimited $5 tickets for friends and family at the Premier Center Box Office. Spectra Foods is giving away one Free Popcorn to all active & retired military personnel, pickup your popcorn box at the Storm Fan Info Table.
The Storm look to defeat the Danger for the second time this season. They last played on March 9 where the Storm won 55-36. In that game, quarterback Lorenzo Brown finished the game with 170 yards and two touchdowns off of 13 completions, he also had eight rushing yards and three touchdowns. Running back Darrian Miller had 33 rushing yards and one touchdown. Wide receiver Damian Ford had 77 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Kicker Miles Bergner was perfect on the night hitting two field goals and seven extra points. Defensive back Matt McKoy lead thunder defense with seven tackles, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. Defensive back Rick Rumph and Trey Wafford each had one pass break-up. Defensive linemen Charles Williams had one block, Claude Davis had one touchdown and Kanyia Anderson had one sack.
