Storm and Catch 47 announce television partnership

TAMPA BAY - The five-time world champion Tampa Bay Storm announced a new partnership with Catch 47 and Bright House Networks to televise up to ten games for the upcoming 2007 Storm season presented by Champs Sports, Where Sports Lives.

"We are thrilled to have Catch 47 and Bright House Networks as partners," said Director of Broadcasting and Programming Jason Dixon. "They are committed to providing top-notch coverage of the Storm."

As part of the five-year agreement, Catch 47 will broadcast all Tampa Bay Storm regular season home games as well as the Storm's road game at Orlando, provided, that these games are not picked up by an Arena Football League national television partner. Catch 47 will also broadcast carry additional road games during the course of the contract. The season schedule will start with the Storm opener against the Orlando Predators Friday, March 2nd at 7:30 p.m.

"Catch 47 and Bright House Networks are excited about teaming up with the Tampa Bay Storm," said Elliott Wiser Group Vice President of News Programming-Bright House Networks. "We know our customers will enjoy watching the games."

Calling the games for Catch 47 are play-by-play man Drew Fellios, color commentator Mark Royals and sideline reporter Roxanne Wilder.

Catch 47 is a 24-hour sports channel available to all Bright House Network customers in the Tampa Bay area. The channel offers a full array of sports programming including high school, college and professional sports. It is also the official cable channel for University of South Florida.
