
Stone Crabs Game vs. Threshers Postponed

Charlotte Stone Crabs News Release
PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. - The game between the Charlotte Stone Crabs and Clearwater Threshers scheduled for 6:30 p.m. tonight has been postponed due to heavy rains in the area and unsafe field conditions. The game will be made up tomorrow as part of a doubleheader starting at 5:00 p.m. with gates opening at 4:00 p.m.
Charlotte and Clearwater will play a pair of seven-inning games tomorrow with the first pitch scheduled for 5:00 p.m. A 30-minute interval will follow the end of the first game before the second game begins.
Those who had tickets for tonight's game are eligible to exchange their tickets for any other Stone Crabs 2013 regular season game, including tomorrow's doubleheader. Fans with tickets for tonight's postponed game or tomorrow's regularly scheduled game can stay for both games of the doubleheader.
