July 6, 2018 - United Soccer League Championship (USL)
Saint Louis FC News Release
ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Saint Louis FC announced the signing of Saint Louis FC Academy U19 forward Jack Lynn on an USL Academy contract for the remainder of the 2018 USL season, pending USL and U.S. Soccer Federation approval. He will be available for selection during Saturday's game against Las Vegas Lights FC which will be aired live on KPLR 11 at 10:00 p.m. CT.
Lynn has been a member of the Saint Louis FC Academy system since U15 level and is committed to the University of Notre Dame in Fall 2018. He scored 19 goals during the USSDA Academy season and recently returned from the USSDA Academy Playoffs with the Saint Louis FC U19 team during which they defeated FC Dallas U19 and Sacramento Republic FC U19 teams after losing to New York City FC U19 to narrowly miss advancing out of the group.
"Jack has been someone that the staff has watched for awhile now with the Academy and we are excited to have him in the first-team environment," said STLFC Vice-President & General Manager Jeremy Alumbaugh. "He has good attributes in front of goal and was a major contributor in the U19 Academy's success this past season."
