STLFC Hosts Forward Madison FC in Third Round of U.S. Open Cup

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Saint Louis FC will face Forward Madison FC on Wednesday, May 29th at 7:00 p.m. CT in the Third Round of the U.S. Open Cup with a potential game against MLS opposition in the Fourth Round on the line.
STLFC advanced after defeating Des Moines Menace in penalty kicks with Academy goalkeeper Patrick Schulte the hero as he saved three of the shots he faced to book the team's place in the Third Round. Saint Louis FC has advanced to the Fourth Round to face an MLS opponent twice in their history - first in 2015 as the team lost 1-0 away to Sporting KC and in 2017 when the Chicago Fire won 1-0 at World Wide Technology Soccer Park.
