ST. LOUIS, Mo - Saint Louis FC hosted NASL side Indy Eleven for a preseason friendly at the Soccer Park on Wednesday afternoon, as both teams prepare for their 2015 campaigns.

Indy Eleven prevailed by a final of 2-0 after scoring a pair of goals late in the second half.

Duke Lacroix opened the scoring for the visitors in the 76th minute, before Dylan Mares doubled the advantage seven minutes later.

Nikita Kotlov, Mike Roach, and Jeremie Lynch all had quality scoring chances for STL FC, but the hosts were unable to find the breakthrough.

Saint Louis FC is now 1-1 in the preseason.

"Playing a team like Indy Eleven really showed us where we're at in our preseason training," STL FC Head Coach Dale Schilly said. "We have a quick turnaround before our next match, so it was good to identify some things we need to work on going forward."

Saint Louis FC will resume their preseason schedule against USL foe Tulsa Roughnecks FC at the Soccer Park on Saturday. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
