Stingrays Continue to Add to Front Office

North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays announced the addition of Carmen Jones and Katie Clifford to the front office. Both will assume the role of Ticket Sales Executive, effective immediately.

Jones joins the Stingrays from the Charlotte Bobcats of the National Basketball Association where she interned in the Group Sales Department. Prior to the Bobcats, the Orangeburg, SC native served for two years as manager for the Winthrop University volleyball team. Jones is a graduate of Winthrop University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Clifford joins the Stingrays in her first stint at hockey after completing an internship with the Family Circle Cup Tennis Center on Daniel Island. Prior to her move to South Carolina, Clifford served on the board of the Recreation, Park and Tourism Management Student Society at Pennsylvania State University. The Jacksonville, FL native graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management and minor in Kinesiology.

As Ticket Sales Executives, both Jones and Clifford will be responsible for group and Season Ticket sales as well as assist with the Season Ticket renewal process for the remainder of the off season.
