Knoxville Noise News Release

Knoxville, TN. Suki Sports is proud to announce that Sterling Henton has joined the management of the Knoxville ABA team. Mr. Henton will act as Director of Basketball Operations where his duties will include public relations management and business strategy. He is a well known sports figure in Knoxville including having been an NCAA Freshman All American Quarterback in 1987 where he played for the Tennessee Vols football team from 1986-1991. He was also Knoxville's Man of the Year in 1991.

Like the team CEO, Gavin Raiteri, Mr. Sterling also coached successful AAU teams from 1996-2000. He holds an MBA from the University of Tennessee and has prior experience as Vice President at New Millennium, Inc., and as a business owner in the Knoxville community. Raitari stated, "Sterling operated the first minority owned travel agency in Knoxville in the late 90's, so he knows how to run a business. His experience in promotions, on the radio, and in sales and advertising is hard to beat. Of course, there's no question he knows sports. We wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the energy of men like Sterling. It's that simple." For more information, email sterling@sukisports.com or visit www.sukisports.com or www.abalive.com.
