Stealth Announce Dance Team Tryouts

Wichita, Kan. - The Wichita Stealth announced today that they will be holding tryouts for the 2004 "Bomb Squad" on Friday, November 21st and Saturday, November 22nd at the Four Points Sheraton (5805 W. Kellogg). On Friday night, the participants will learn a routine and will audition for a spot on the team the next morning.

The "Bomb Squad" will be a 20-member team that is a vital part of the Stealth organization throughout the arenafootball2 season. The team will not only perform at all eight home games during the 2004 season, but also play a key role in the community by attending public and promotional appearances. Last season, the "Bomb Squad" was named the third place dance team in arenafootball2 and look to better that award in 2004.

Registration for the dance team tryout will begin at 5:00 p.m. November 21st with the workshop beginning around 5:30 p.m. Cost for the tryout will be $20. Doors will open for the final audition at 8:30 a.m. on November 22nd and the tryout will begin at 9:00 a.m. Registration forms are available on www.wichitastealth.com or by calling Stealth Director of Media Relations Deuane Howard at 316.755.3307.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be 18 years old by April 1, 2004

· There are no height and weight requirements

· A flexible schedule for twice-weekly rehearsals, weekend games, and appearances throughout the season.

· Transportation for games, rehearsals, and appearances.

ATTIRE:

· Sports Bra and biking shorts

· Jazz shoes and sneakers

· Please cover any tattoos and body art
