
Oklahoma City to Join af2

OKLAHOMA CITY - Coaching legend Barry Switzer is among a group of operators led by Jeff Lund and Horn Chen that will run an af2 team in Oklahoma City it was announced Tuesday at a press conference at the Ford Center, where the team will play all home games beginning in 2004.
Ben Buckland will serve as the team's first general manager. Buckland, the voice of the Oklahoma City Blazers CHL team and the Tulsa Talons af2 team, has worked on-air, in sales and in management in Wichita, Tulsa and Oklahoma City.
