Calgary Stampeders News Release
(Calgary) - Heading towards the 2007 season the Calgary Stampeder Football Club continues to attend various community events in Calgary and the surrounding area. This week Defensive Lineman Terrence Patrick will be attending Wood's Home for their Annual Awards Ceremony. Patrick will be talking to the kids about ethics and perseverance and some of the obstacles he's had to overcome. He will also be lending a hand in the awards presentation.
Later in the week Punter Burke Dales will be attending a couple literacy days in Calgary. Dales will be talking about the importance of literacy and reading to kids of all ages, along with celebrity readers from the Calgary area.
