Road Warriors

The Stampede earned five of a possible six points on a three-game road trip last weekend. On Wednesday, the Stampede topped Waterloo 5-3 before defeating Indiana 5-1 on Friday. The Stampede closed out the weekend with a 4-3 overtime loss at Indiana on Saturday. The Stampede are now 14-9-6 on the road this season.

The Herd are 7-2-2 in their last 11 games and have gained at least a point in 11 of their last 15 games. The Stampede are 17-5-6 at home this season and are 6-1-1 in their last eight games at the Sioux Falls Arena.

Playoffs Start Next Week!

For the fifth straight season, the Stampede have qualified for the Clark Cup Playoffs! The Herd enter the week as the number 3 seed in the West Division and would face Fargo in the first round if the playoffs started today. Fargo would hold home-ice advantage. The Herd currently trail Fargo by six points for second place.

Should the Stamped win their last three games and Fargo loses their last three in regulation, the Stampede would secure home-ice advantage against Fargo because they won the season series. The Force can still catch Omaha for the number one seed, but need to win all three remaining games and have the Lancers lose their last two games in regulation.

The Herd's playoff schedule and ticket information will be made available as soon as their opponent is determined, stay tuned for details.
