Sioux Falls, S.D. - The Sioux Falls Stampede open their home schedule this Saturday, Nov. 14 against rival Fargo Force at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center with a 7:05 p.m. puck drop. The Herd returns in front of fans after almost nine months since the last home game on February 22.

The opening night festivities begin with the first 1,000 kids 12-and-under receiving a free Stampede replica jersey, compliments of First PREMIER Bank/PREMIER Bankcard. The giveaway will begin at 6 p.m. inside the Sioux Falls Convention Center. Fans are encouraged to enter the main lobby of the PREMIER Center and follow the signs, maintain social distancing, and wear a face covering.

Fans in attendance of the game will enjoy an expanded concessions menu. Mr. Twister will be at the game twisting up party balloons for kids of all ages in the main concourse.

The Stampede will begin introductions of the 2020-21 season team at 7 p.m. on the ice and will feature a new introduction video to kick off the campaign.

During the game, the club will be paying tribute to front line workers who have made sacrifices throughout the ongoing pandemic. The organization will also recognize several workers who will be attending the game thanks to generous donations from local businesses in the Sioux Empire.

The Herd opens the regular season against the Fargo Force the prior evening with a 7:05 p.m. puck drop at the SCHEELS Arena in Fargo. Fans can catch the game live with a subscription through HockeyTV.com or on KELO Newstalk 1320-AM, 105.1-FM, 107.9-FM and kelo.com.
