St. Luke's Black vs. Gold Scrimmage

Allentown, PA: The Lehigh Valley Steelhawks have kicked off their preseason camp as they prepare for the upcoming 2015 season. Every year at the end of camp, they hold their Annual Black vs. Gold Scrimmage at Iron Lakes Sports Club (3625 Shankweiler Rd., Allentown, PA). It is the first chance fans have to see the Steelhawks in full 8-on-8 style football.
This year's Black vs. Gold Scrimmage is presented by St. Luke's University Health Network, the Official Medical Provider for the Steelhawks. Time and date for the scrimmage is set for Saturday, March 21st from 2:00-5:00pm.
There will be a short meet and greet after where fans will have the opportunity to get autographs and photographs with the players. Some brand new 2015 Steelhawks merchandise will be on sale as well.
Head coach Chris Thompson is looking forward to seeing the Black vs. Gold Game, "I always specifically love the Black vs. Gold game as it is a great way to get geared up for our first game and allows our camp members to showcase their talents one last final time before we make our tough decisions to get down to our 27-man roster. Plus, it can be a great preview for our fans and sponsors of some things they might expect from the Steelhawks this 2015 season in our new home."
Everyone is invited out afterward to join the Steelhawks at Vision Bar in the Sands Event Center (77 Sands Blvd Bethlehem, PA) for an end of camp post-game party at 7:30. Drink specials will be available and Chickie's and Pete's inside the Sands Event Center will be open.
Steelhawks training camp sessions are open to the public. The team's 2015 camp schedule is:
