ST. GEORGE, UTAH - On Tuesday, July 14, 2009, the St. George RoadRunners will host the 2009 Golden Baseball League All-Star Game at Bruce Hurst Field. The team announced on Tuesday that individual game tickets are now on sale and named the host hotels for the event.The GBL All-Star Game will cap an afternoon and evening of activities around Bruce Hurst Field. Gates will open at 5:30pm with an autograph signing featuring the GBL all star players and staff. At 6:00pm, action will heat up on the field with the annual Home Run Derby. Then at 7:00pm, the game itself will be played.Individual game tickets are now available for purchase. Ticket prices range from $15 for our prime Box Seats under the misters, $10 for our Reserved section to $5 for General Admission. Tickets are good for the autograph signing, home run derby and the game. Advanced ticket purchases can be made through the RoadRunners Corporate Office at 216 W. St. George Blvd or via telephone at 435-673-5333.
Players and family coming into St. George may also book special packages at one of two host hotels - the Best Western Abbey Inn (435-652-1234) or the St. George Ramada Inn (435-628-2828). Inform the hotel associate you are with the Golden League All-Star Game when booking for a special rate.
