SPOKANE, WASHINGTON - (AUGUST 25, 2020)-- The Spokane Shock are pleased to announce the signing of former University of Maryland DB Antwaine Carter, Jr.
A 6-foot-2, 190-pound defensive back, Carter, Jr played two seasons with the University of Maryland football program and was also a 2020 NFL Draft Prospect.
