
Spirit to start new season with new colors

With new local ownership in Springfield come new changes.
As the start of the 2004-05 season approaches quickly, the Springfield Spirit will begin with a newstatement.
The Spirit will now longer be wearing the red, black and white style sweaters, but instead be sporting the new black, silver, and purple.
Fans, players, staff, and the community are very excited about the new colors for the upcoming season. It gives the Spirit a fresh new look for the start of the 2004-05 season, which opens on Sept. 18.
