RAYO RETURNS: Jose Siri has hit .368 (7x19) with a double, three home runs and seven RBI in four games since being optioned to the Space Cowboys. Siri had three home runs, nine RBI and six stolen bases in 45 games with the Astros this season. He hit .318 (115x362) and had a .921 OPS in 94 games with Sugar Land in '21. He led the team with 24 stolen bases and was tied for the team lead with 16 home runs.

ROSTER MOVES: Prior to Saturday's game, the Astros assigned RHP Layne Henderson to the Space Cowboys. Henderson, 26, has gone 4-2 with a 4.76 ERA (18 ER/34.0 IP) in 20 appearances with Double A Corpus Christi this season. The Astros selected Henderson in the 30th round of the 2018 MLB Draft from Azusa Pacific University.

JULKS SMASH: Corey Julks enters with a 16-game hitting streak, which is the longest active streak in the Pacific Coast League. He's already put together a 17-game hitting streak this year, which is tied with teammate JJ Matijevic and Round Rock's Leody Taveras for the longest streak in the PCL in 2022. Julks leads the Space Cowboys and is tied for third in the PCL with 16 home runs. He's also tied for fifth in the league with 33 extra-base hits. Julks hit his 16th home run on Saturday, surpassing his previous career high of 15 homers set in 2021 with Double A Corpus Christi.
