Colorado Springs has altered this weekend's game schedule, changing a scheduled Saturday doubleheader into a single game and rescheduling the contest as part of a June 27th twinbill during the Sounds' second trip to Sky Sox Stadium this season.
This weekend's altered schedule and pitching matchups follow:
Friday, April 16 â 7:05 p.m. CT - LHP Cory Stewart (0-0, 0.00) vs RHP Kip Bouknight (0-0, 9.00)
Saturday, April 17 â 2:35 p.m. CT - LHP Sean Burnett (0-0, 0.00) vs LHP Brent Billingsley (0-1, 27.00)
Sunday, April 18 â 2:35 p.m. CT - RHP Nelson Figueroa (1-1, 3.46) vs RHP Jason Young (2-0, 3.97)
Monday â OFF
Baseball returns to Greer Stadium on Tuesday, when the Sounds open an eight-game homestand with a 7 p.m. contest against the Albuquerque Isotopes (AAA-Marlins).
