The holiday week is full of fun with the Springfield Sliders this year.
THURSDAY, JULY 3rd
On Thursday, July 3rd the Sliders will host a big post game fireworks show presented by Thrivent Financial. It's a great way to kick off the long holiday weekend.
Game time is 6:35pm, gates open at 5:35pm.
SATURDAY, JULY 5th
All kids 54" and shorter will recieve a free pass to Missouri's Coaster Capital on Saturday, July 5th during Six Flags Night benefitting the Ronald McDonald House.
Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck are also scheduled to make an appearance during the night as well.
PLUS it's another $1,000 Gas Card Giveaway from Qik N EZ where one fan is guaranteed to go home with a $1,000 gas card from Qik N EZ.
A portion of ticket sales will benefit the Ronald McDonald House!
SUNDAY, JULY 6th
To finish off our 4th of July weekend celebration we're inviting everyone out to the ball park to play some Baseball Bingo presented by Caritas Bingo Hall. Play our version of bingo during the game for your chance to win some fun prizes! Baseball Bingo is free AND fun for the whole family.
Plus it's a State Journal-Register Senior Sunday where all seniors get a game ticket, a hot dog and a soda for just $6!
The Springfield Sliders are members of the Prospect League with teams in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Their 60 game schedule begins in late May and runs into August. All Sliders home games are played at Robin Roberts Stadium located at 1415 N Grand Ave E in Springfield, IL.
