Slapshot Ready to take Your Order at Sonic
June 4, 2009 - ECHL (ECHL)
Reading Royals News Release
Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL today announced that everyone's favorite furry jack-of-all trades, Slapshot, will take on yet another vocation-at least for an afternoon-when he'll put his whacky ways to work to take your order at the Grand Opening of the Sonic Drive-In at 4515 Perkiomen Avenue in Exeter, Pennsylvania, (Exeter Commons Shopping Plaza) on Thursday, June 18. Slapshot will be ready to clock in for his shift at the brand new Sonic beginning at 11 am after the exciting Ribbon Cutting Ceremony officially opens the newest addition to the family of America's Favorite Drive-In restaurants. Slappy will toil away on the front lines of smiling service at least until noon; but more likely you'll be able to find him enjoying all of the Grand Opening fun and festivities with his legions of loyal minions-and everybody else for that matter-as we all welcome the brand new Sonic to our community.
Season Tickets for the 2009-10 Reading Royals ECHL season are currently available. Call 610-898-7825 for more information or log onto www.royalshockey.com.
