
Skyrockets Announce Free Agent Camp

Minot, ND - September 21, 2006 - The 2003 Coach of the Year starts looking for players to fill the 2006-2007 roster. Coach Daleo loves to give undiscovered talent the best opportunities to make his squad, and that trend continues as Skyrockets announces tryout camp.
"We are looking for talented, motivated players to join the Skyrockets. If you feel you are that individual, we welcome you to come try out for our team," said Coach Daleo.
On Sunday, October 8, an open player tryout will be conducted at Patriots Gateway Center, located at 615 S. 5th Street in Rockford, Illinois. The tryout will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time with registration to begin at 10:30 a.m. The cost of the tryout is $50 for pre-registered players and $60 for on-site registration. The camp is open to the first 30 players. Do not be late.
On Sunday, October 22, an open player tryout will be conducted at the Patriots Gateway Center located at 615 S. 5th street in Rockford, Illinois. The tryout will be from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time with registration to begin at 10:30 a.m. The cost and limit of players accepted is the same as the October 8 tryout.
Former CBA players who have been signed at previous free agent camps include: 2002-2003 CBA leading scorer Ronnie Fields, two-time 2002 American Conference Player of Week David Harrison. Last season 3 players came from at least from one of last year's free agents camps, Sidney Holmes, Brian Lubeck, and CBA player of the week Brant Bailey.
