Sky Blue FC Match This Friday to be Televised by Universal Sports

CARSON, CALIF. - Thursday, May 14, 2009 - The Los Angeles Sol (Women's Professional Soccer) announced today that two of the club's remaining matches this season will be broadcast live on Universal Sports.

Both Los Angeles Sol matches airing on Universal Sports will be against Sky Blue FC (NJ/NY). The first is a home game, this Friday, May 15 at 7:30 pm (PT) at The Home Depot Center and the second is a road contest on Sunday, June 13 at 1 pm from Yurcak Field in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

"The agreement with Universal Sports to broadcast two of our games will only serve to further the reach of the Los Angeles Sol brand," said Scott Hanley, Vice President, AEG Sports. "This provides another avenue for any of our fans from across the country who are not able to get to our games to cheer on the team from the comfort of their own homes."
