MORRISTOWN, N.J. (August 12, 2014) - Sky Blue FC (6-8-7, 25 points) will face the Western New York Flash (8-11-3, 27 points) on the road Wednesday night at Sahlen's Stadium in Rochester, NY, with kickoff scheduled for 7 p.m. ET. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN 2.

Sky Blue FC will be partnering with Darby Road Pub in Scotch Plains, NJ to host a viewing party on Wednesday night beginning at 6 p.m. ET. Darby Road Pub is offering all Sky Blue FC fans in attendance drink and food specials, including SBFC themed items. Ten percent of all sales during the viewing party will be donated to the Jillian Loyden Foundation.

Both squads enter Wednesday's match still in the playoff hunt. SBFC and the Flash face a must-win scenario to stay alive, but will also need help from around the league in order to qualify for postseason.

The New Jersey squad is looking to continue its hot streak heading into Western New York. SBFC comes into the contest off of its third win in four matches, most recently defeating the Houston Dash 3-1 on August 9.

Forward Nadia Nadim tallied three goals in the contest for her first National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) career hat trick. Maya Hayes, Katy Freels, and Kelley O'Hara each contributed an assist.

Goalkeeper Jill Loyden made three saves to earn her fourth win in 14 starts this season.

Western New York comes into the contest off a 4-3 victory against the Boston Breakers, snapping a four-game losing streak.

Flash forward Abby Wambach scored twice for her fifth and sixth goals of the season while midfielder Sam Kerr and forward Sonia Bermudez each contributed one goal in the victory. Kerr also added an assist and midfielder Carli Lloyd set up two goals for her teammates.

The game on Wednesday is the third and final meeting between the two clubs with the series tied 1-1. SBFC defeated the Flash 1-0 on July 31 and Western New York won the series opener on Mother's Day, 2-0.
