
Six picks await Mammoth at NLL entry draft Wednesday in New York

DENVER - The defending National Lacrosse League champion Colorado Mammoth will continue building its roster for the upcoming 2007 season on Wednesday night at the NLL entry draft in New York.
The Mammoth has one selection in each of the draft's six rounds, beginning with the 13th and final selection of the first round.
"There are some talented athletes available and our scouting staff has once again done a tremendous job of identifying the players that can contribute to our organization and help us succeed," Mammoth general manager Steve Govett said.
The draft will take place at the Theater Lobby in Madison Square Garden and begins at 6 p.m. Mountain time. A live webcast powered by B2 Networks is available at NLL.com and is free of charge.
Altitude to air draft recap show
Altitude Sports & Entertainment, the television home of the Mammoth, will air a 30-minute program featuring highlights of the 2006 NLL entry draft on Tuesday, Sept. 19 at 6:30 p.m. Mountain time, with multiple replays.
Fans will see the moment that players are drafted and walk to the podium to be welcomed by their new team, and the show will include player interviews and select highlights from their NCAA lacrosse careers.
