Spokane Shock News Release
Spokane, WA: The Spokane Shock announced today that Defensive Coordinator Alex Sirianni will not return to the coaching staff for the 2011 season.
"I had a great run in Spokane and I enjoyed my four seasons with the Shock," Sirianni said. "I feel like I have accomplished everything I can do at this level and it's time for me to work toward fulfilling some of my other career goals."
Head Coach Rob Keefe called Sirianni "a great coach and a terrific person. We're going to miss his intensity and hard work around here, but we wish him the best of luck in his future."
Keefe anticipates taking over Sirianni's duties for the upcoming season.
