Ryan White started off Saturday night's scoring just one minute and 39 seconds into the game. A seemingly harmless dump-in from the neutral zone found eyes for the back of the net bouncing underneath Chet Pickard's right arm for a quick 1-0 Silvertips lead. Johnny Lazo added two goals in just 11 seconds to give Tri-City the 2-1 lead. The first coming at 11:55 when Lazo let off a quick wrist shot from the slot to tie the game. Lazo's second goal of the night, at 12:06, had the American's forward rush into the Everett zone off the faceoff and beat Simpson with a great placed wrist shot up high.

The Americans added to their lead after Taylor Procyshen added his 33rd goal of the season on the power play. Procyshen found himself open in the slot after a great pass from Brett Ploufe and went top shelf at 15:03 increasing the Tri-City lead to two. Kent Simpson had a great second period stopping 26 of 27 shots faced.

After a back and forth period, and Everett pulling Simpson, Tri-City sealed a victory after Mitch Fadden put home an empty net goal securing a 4-1 victory for Tri-City.
