This Friday, August 12 at 8:00 pm the Atlanta Silverbacks Men take on arch-rivals the Charleston Batttery in one BIG game at James Hallford/Dekalb Memorial Stadium.
Playoff Push The game, brought to you by Earthlink, is a battle for the sixth and final spot for the USL First Division Playoffs. The Silverbacks currently trail both The Battery and the Puerto Rico Islanders by one point in the playoff race with only six games remaining in the season.
Bobblehead Doll Night The first 500 fans in the gate will receive a 2005 Socrates Bobblehead doll courtesy of Cingular Wireless.
680 the Fan Friday Night Fireworks Following the game, sit back and enjoy one of the city's best fireworks shows.
Fox Soccer Channel Friday's game will be broadcast on the Fox Soccer Channel to over 24 million subscribers. Fill the stadium with Red & Black and show the rest of the country that Atlanta is home to best soccer fans in the US.
Halftime will feature great contests and giveaways and five lucky fans will have the chance to compete in a shoot out against 680 The Fan radio personality Jason Cofar for a 680 The Fan Prize Pack.
