THIS WEEK'S GAMES:
Tuesday, June 1 vs. Indiana Fever @ SBC Center 7:00 p.m. KSJL 810 AM
This will be the first of two matchups between the Silver Stars and Fever. Their next meeting will not be until September 10 at Indiana with tip-off at 7:00 p.m. Last season the Fever won the only meeting, 81-47, their first win over the Silver Stars in franchise history. The Silver Stars hold a 5-1 series advantage all-time and have won all three home games against Indiana.
Thursday, June 3 at Minnesota Lynx @ Target Center 7:00 p.m. The Ticket 760 AM
This will be the second of four meetings between the Silver Stars and Lynx. The Silver Stars won the previous meeting, 56-44, and held Minnesota to a Silver Stars opponent low points in a game. The Silver Stars win snaped a five-game skid against Minnesota. The Silver Stars are 8-10 all-time against the Lynx and have a 2-7 record against Minnesota in games played in the Target Center. Their next meeting will be at the SBC Center in San Antonio on June 24 at 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 5 vs. New York Liberty @ SBC Center 7:00 p.m. KSJL 810 AM
Promotion/Giveaway: San Antonio Express-News Value Night - Game ticket, hot dog, soft drink, Creamy Creations ice cream and a T-shirt for only $15 (with coupon) This will be the first of two meetings between the Silver Stars and Liberty. Their next meeting will not be until after the Olympic break, on September 12 at 3:00 p.m. at Radio City Music Hall. Last season the Liberty took the only game, 69-60 and have won three consecutive games. The Silver Stars have a 4-9 all-time record against New York and hold a record of 3-3 at home.

Wednesday, May 26 vs. Minnesota Lynx W 56-44
San Antonio welcomed Minnesota to the SBC Center, dominating the Lynx, 56-44. Margo Dydek collected 15 points, 9 blocks and 6 rebounds. San Antonio's defense held Minnesota to 32.1 percent shooting (18-56), including 0-15 from the three-point range.
Friday, May 28 vs. Sacramento Monarchs W 72-63
Adrienne Goodson scored 17 points and Shannon Johnson added 15 and 12 assists to lift the Silver Stars to a 72-63 victory over the Monarchs. San Antonio had their best shooting performance of the young season, shooting .489 (23-47) from the field and .500 (4-8) from beyond the arc.
