Tucson, AZ - Tucson fell to Tacoma 6-4 at Tucson Electric Park on Friday Night. The Sidewinder's had five doubles in the game, two of them coming from Jamie D'Antona who went 3-for-5 in the game but failed to drive in a run as Tucson left 13 men on base.

Tacoma put up one run in the first when Jeff Clement grounded out to second and brought in Jeremy Reed from third. The Sidewinders came back off a Tim Raines Jr. RBI double, his fifth of the season.

The Rainiers put two runs up in the fourth from a Bryan LaHair RBI double to left and a sac fly by Yung Chi Chen, giving the Tacoma a 3-1 lead. Tucson cut the lead to one in the fourth when a Wilkin Castillo grounder brought in Trot Nixon.

Tacoma put one up in the fifth to add to the lead, but Tucson came back and tied it when Josh Whitesell hit a 2 RBI double over the center fielder's head. Tucson could not take the lead though, and Tacoma put up tallies in the sixth and seventh to give them a 6-4 edge.
