Shock to host Super Bowl party

The Spokane Shock and Mirabeau Park Hotel announced today that they will host a Super Bowl party on Sunday February 5th beginning at 2:30 PM. The party will be held in Mirabeau's Max Restaurant and Lounge, 1100 North Sullivan Road. The Max features a full menu of Northwest cuisine and four 36" flat-panel HDTV's that can be seen throughout the restaurant and lounge.

Shock Head Coach Chris Siegfried and a number of players will be on hand to sign autographs. Entrance to the event is free, and is open to the public, with Happy Hour prices on all Happy Hour menu items.

The first one-hundred fans will receive a free raffle ticket that will enter them into a drawing with prizes given throughout the game. The grand prize will be drawn at the end of the game and includes: a one night stay in the Mirabeau's Executive Room, dinner at the Max, and tickets to the Shock's home opener on March 30th.

"We're proud to have an event like this at such a great location like the Max," Shock General Manager Adam Nebeker said. "We hope that we can pack the restaurant with current Seahawk fans and future Shock fans."
