SPOKANE, Washington (September 23, 2015) - The Shock signed three additional players to their roster in preparation for the 2016 Indoor Football League season in linebacker Michael Reynolds and defensive linemen Ronnell Lewis and Ben Perry.

Michael Reynolds (LB, 6-2, 240, Kansas) joins the Shock for his rookie season as a member of the IFL. Reynolds played all four of his collegiate seasons at Kansas University where he saw action in 47 total contests as a Jayhawk. During his junior season, Reynolds finished the season with 37 total tackles and led the team with 6.5 sacks. As a senior, Reynolds started all 12 games and ranked fourth in the nation and first in the Big 12 Conference with five forced fumbles. He also led the Jayhawks in tackles for loss (14.5) and sacks (7.0), while finishing the season with 45 total tackles. Reynolds played his high school football at Kapaun Mt. Carmel High School in Wichita, Kansas.

Ronnell Lewis (DL, 6-3, 270, Oklahoma) joins the Shock for his first season as a member of the IFL. Lewis played his collegiate career at the University of Oklahoma from 2009-2011 where he saw action in 34 games and recorded 118 total tackles, 20.5 tackles for loss, ten sacks, two interceptions, and nine pass break-ups for the Sooners. In the 2012 NFL Draft, Lewis was selected as the 125th overall pick in the fourth round by the Detroit Lions. He would go on to spend time with the CFL's Toronto Argonauts in 2013 and then the Oklahoma Defenders of the CPIFL. Lewis then played for the Boston Brawlers of the FXFL in 2014 before joining the Spokane Shock for the 2015 AFL season. Lewis was later traded to the Los Angeles Kiss. He played his prep career at Dewar High School in Dewar, Oklahoma.

Ben Perry (DL, 6-5, 280, Minnesota) joins the Shock for his rookie season as a member of the IFL. Perry played all four of his collegiate seasons at the University of Minnesota where he competed in 35 total contests for the Golden Gophers. Perry played his prep career at Southlake Carroll High School in Southlake, Texas.
