Spokane Shock News Release
Spokane, WA: The Spokane Shock announced today that DB Chris LeFlore, OL Devin Clark, and WR Greg Orton have been released from the 2010 roster. In another roster move, the Shock recalled DB Chris Martin from recallable re-assignment and traded him to Chicago in exchange for OL Rob McMackin.
McMackin, 6-4 330, played for the Chicago Rush in 2008. The Rush signed McMackin from the Los Angeles Avengers practice squad where he spent the first half of the 2008 season.
In 2006 and 2007, McMackin played in the af2 for the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Pioneers and the Tri-Cities Fever. A product of Townsend University, McMackin was a three-year letter winner after transferring from Iona. As a freshman at Iona, McMackin was named to the all-conference team.
The Shock's 2010 season kicks off this Friday as they host the Milwaukee Iron at 8 PM on Spokane Tribe Field. Plenty of great seats are available and can be purchased by contacting TicketsWest. Season tickets are also available by calling 509 242 7462.
