Spokane Shock News Release
Spokane, WA: The Spokane Shock announced today that WR Chas Gessner, QB Kyle Rowley and Bill Stull have been activated from the Injured Reserve list. Additionally, WR Raul Vijil and QB Steven Sheffield have been placed on the Injured Reserve List. In another roster move, Spokane placed WR Markee White on other league exempt after he re-signed with the UFL's Hartford Colonials.
Gessner, who appeared in two games before he was placed on IR-list, recorded two receptions on the season.
Rowley and Stull were both placed on the IR-list after the ninth game of the season against Dallas. Before Rowley was placed on the IR-list, he completed 64.9% of his passes for 2,446 with 11 interceptions and 59 touchdown passes. In Stull's only appearance as a QB, he completed 66% of his passes with one touchdown pass.
Spokane travels to New Orleans to take on the Voodoo this Saturday night at 5 PM. Dennis Patchin and Keith Osso will provide coverage of the game starting at 4:30 on 700 ESPN. KSKN-22 will provide television coverage of the game starting at 5 PM.
The Shock will return to Spokane when they host the Utah Blaze on July 9th for the Joe Albi Summer Classic at 6 PM. Tickets for the game are on sale now and can be purchased by contacting TicketsWest.
