Spokane Shock Signees William Dukes, Kazeem "C.J." Olaniyan and Ace Clark

SPOKANE, Washington (September 3, 2015) - The Shock signed their first three players to their 2016 roster in preparation for the 2016 Indoor Football League season. Receiver William Dukes, defensive end Kazeem "C.J." Olaniyan, and defensive back Ace Clark.
William Dukes (6-3, 205, Florida Atlantic) joins the Shock for his rookie season as a member of the IFL. Dukes played all four of his collegiate seasons for the Owls where he saw action in 47 games and recorded 125 receptions for 1,866 yards and 11 touchdowns. During his sophomore season in 2012, Dukes hauled in 63 receptions for 979 yards and four scores as he earned second team All-Sun Belt honors and was named the Owls' Offensive MVP for the season. Prior to becoming an Owl, Dukes attended Dillard High School in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Kazeem "C.J." Olaniyan (6-4, 270, Penn State) joins the Shock for his rookie season as a member of the IFL after participating in the NFL Seattle Seahawks' 2015 mini-camp. Olaniyan played all four of his collegiate seasons at Penn State. During his senior season in 2013 he started all twelve games for the Nittany Lions and was tied for fourth in the Big Ten with three forced fumbles as he earned honorable mention All-Big Ten honors. He also led the team with five sacks and was second on the team with eleven tackles for loss. Olaniyan played his prep career at Warren Mott High School in Warren, MI.
Ace Clark (6-2, 215, Western Carolina) joins the Shock for his rookie season as a member of the IFL after participating in the NFL Seattle Seahawks' 2015 mini-camp. Clark played his four collegiate seasons at Western Carolina where he saw action in 43 contests and recorded 340 total tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, three forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, 11 pass breakups, and three interceptions. After his senior season in which he started in all eleven games for the Catamounts, Clark earned unanimous first team All-Southern Conference honors and was selected to play in both the 2015 Medal of Honor Bowl and the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl. Prior to attending Western Carolina, Clark attended Clarksburg High School in Germantown, MD.
