
Shock CEO named Grand Marshall of St. Patrick's Day Parade

The Spokane Shock announced today that Majority Owner/CEO Brady Nelson has been named the 2007 Grand Marshall of the St. Patrick's Day Parade by the organizers of the annual event, the Friendly Sons of St. Patrick.
"As a native Spokanite, I understand the history and tradition behind this parade," Nelson said. "I am truly grateful that the Sons of St. Patrick have asked me to be the Grand Marshall - it is an honor."
Members of the 2007 Spokane Shock Dance Team will also be participating in the parade along with SHOX the FOX riding along in the float of 105.7 The Buzzard, the radio home of the Shock.
The defending ArenaCup Champion Shock will open the season against the Stockton Lightning on Northern Quest Casino Field at the Spokane Arena on March 31st at 5 PM. Season tickets are on sale now and can be purchased by calling 509 242 7462.
