Dallas Desperados News Release
The Dallas Desperados placed WR/LB Jason Shelley (calf) on Reserve/Injured. According to league rules, a player on Reserve/Injured is required to miss a minimum of two games.
In Shelley's place, the Desperados signed WR/LB Andrew Layton from the practice squad. Layton (6-0, 185) has played in 14 games for the Desperados through the past two seasons.
