
Sharks Release 2009 Schedule

Corpus Christi Sharks News Release
The Corpus Christi Sharks released their full schedule for the upcoming 2009 season earlier today. And for the first time in franchise history the Sharks will open the season at home in the friendly confines of Radiology Associates Field at the American Bank Center when they host the Rio Grande Valley Dorados on Saturday March 28th.
The Sharks schedule is highlighted by seven (7) Saturday night contests as well as a special Memorial Day game on Monday, May 25th at 3:05 pm. All Saturday home games will kick-off at 7:05pm.
Other highlights on the Sharks 2009 home schedule include a matchup with the reigning Arena Cup Champion Tennessee Valley Vipers on Mothers Day Weekend, two (2) home games against Southwest Division rival the Rio Grande Valley Dorados including Fathers Day Weekend, as well as the 3rd Annual Pack the House for Charity night on Saturday, July 17th vs. the Bossier - Shreveport BattleWings
The longest road trip of the season comes in the 6th week of the season when the Sharks will travel to Estero, Florida to take on the Florida Firecats.
