Sharks Reduce Training Camp Roster By Six

SAN JOSE - San Jose Sharks Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Wilson announced today that the club has trimmed six players from the team's 2009-10 training camp roster.

The following players were re-assigned to the Worcester Sharks training camp:

Andrew Desjardins C Worcester (AHL) Signed by Worcester as a free agent on July 20, 2009

Joe Loprieno D Worcester (AHL) Signed by San Jose as a free agent on March 30, 2009

Stephen Zalewski C Worcester (AHL) 2004 NHL Entry Draft (5th round, 153rd overall)

Kevin Henderson LW Worcester (AHL) Signed by San Jose as a free agent on April 22, 2009

John McCarthy LW Worcester (AHL) 2006 NHL Entry Draft (7th round, 202nd overall)
