Seven Knicks Tally Double-Figures to Beat Raptors, 111-102

MISSISSAUGA, ON - The Westchester Knicks (18-13), the official NBA G League affiliate of the New York Knicks, used seven scorers in double-figures to help knock off Raptors 905 (17-12) Wednesday evening at Paramount Fine Foods Centre.

The Knicks played in the forefront for most of the evening though the game was deadlocked following the first half, 59-up. Westchester outscored the Raptors in the third frame and swapped leads for the final time, 24-17, before tacking on a 10-point lead in the fourth quarter to keep the Raptors at bay.

Every Knick who checked in tallied led by a class of seven who reached double-figures. Two-Way Player Kadeem Allen posted a double-double including a game-high 10 dimes and 12 points on 50-percent shooting. The guard also came up with three steals.

Two-Way Player Isaiah Hicks finished with a team-high 24 points on 64.3-percent shooting while hauling nine boards and dishing four assists. In his last three, Hicks is averaging 22.0 points, 7.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists.

Stephen Zimmerman (13), Jameel Warney (12), Billy Garrett (11), Paul Watson (11) and Zak Irvin (10) rounded out the Knicks scorers in double-figures. Irvin and Zimmerman both contributed eight boards.

The Raptors were led by Chris Boucher's game-high 25 points on 47.3-percent and 13 rebounds. Josh Adams ended with 21 points. Malachi Richardson had 21 points and 11 rebounds and Derek Cooke Jr. put up 10 points and 10 rebounds as a reserve.

The Knicks credited 56 points in the paint contrasting 905's 30. The hosts were able to generate 51 points (17 three-pointers made) from the perimeter while the Knicks recorded 24 (eight three-pointers made).

The Knicks come home Friday, January 25 for a 7 PM meeting against the Memphis Hustle.
