Search for Head Coach Comes up Lemons

San Angelo Bandits News Release
The San Angelo Bandits have been searching high and low for an experienced head coach to lead them back to a Championship in the CIF 2016 season. After reviewing over 20 qualified candidates we have secured an agreement with Coach Meadow Lemon formerly from the AFL Portland Thunder Organization.
Coach Lemon comes from a sports background with his father being Meadowlark Lemon of the Harlem Globetrotters. Coach Lemon grew up with sports and game production all of his life, he even served a tour as the Head of Marketing for the Harlem Globetrotters.
Coach Lemon moved into football and has served in many positions from General Manger/ Head Coach to Assistant Coach for the past 20 years. Coach Lemon has coached in the IFL and AIFL with several teams but settled in Portland, Oregon and has been coaching college football for over ten years.
The owner of the San Angelo Bandits stated: " Getting Coach Lemon to come to San Angelo is the path to another Championship year. We have been in discussions with Meadow for two years now and should have picked him up last year. Coach Lemon brings all the qualities and morals that the Bandits want to bring to the San Angelo community. With Coach Lemon's experience and connections with the AFL & other leagues, he will be able to put together a championship team."
Coach Lemon will be joining us in San Angelo immediately to start building our team and getting involved in the community. If you would like to meet the Coach, he will be attending the Grand Opening of the Courtyard by Marriott on Thursday September 17th from 4 to 8 pm. Come out and meet the Coach and support your local businesses.
