SAN DIEGO - The San Diego Seals rode an early wave of goals in the first quarter and then matched the Warriors the rest of the way, stopping Vancouver's five-game win streak with a 16-9 victory on a warm Southern California evening.

Keegan Bal was once again the offensive catalyst for the Warriors, scoring four goals and adding two assists for six points on the evening. Ryan Martel also lit the lamp for the visitors, scoring a first half hat-trick, while Kevin Crowley and Adam Charalambides rounded out the scoring for Vancouver.

Aden Walsh took the loss between the pipes, facing 46 shots.

With the loss, the Warriors finish their regular season at 8-10. With the games this weekend remaining on the schedule, there is still a path for Vancouver to the post season, but they may not learn of their playoff fate until all games are completed on Sunday.

Keegan Bal wraps up the season as the Warriors leading scorer, scoring a Warriors team record of 49 goals and 56 assists for 105 points.
