Sea Dawgs Announce Second Try Out Date

Wilmington Sea Dawgs News Release


The Wilmington Sea Dawgs organization is pleased to announce a second open try-out for the 2012 Wilmington Sea Dawgs professional basketball team on Sunday, January 29, 2012.

Interested players may arrive at the gym as early as 9:00 a.m. with tryouts running from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Wilmington Family YMCA in Wilmington, NC. Candidates must be 18 years of age with a high school degree or equivalent. Players should wear appropriate shoes and clothing and come ready to compete. Registration forms are available online

"We identified several potential players during our first tryout but are hoping to attract a few more players that can help us win our league championship.", says Dale Kuhl, Head Coach for the Wilmington Sea Dawgs.

There is no charge for attending the tryout. Please be advised that participation in the open tryouts may jeopardize a player's NCAA eligibility. If you have any question about NCAA eligibility, please consult with your current basketball coach.
