
SD Legion Wins 17-13 over Defending MLR Champions Seattle SeaWolves

San Diego Legion News Release
The San Diego Legion earned their first win of the season with a 17-13 victory over defending Major League Rugby champion Seattle Seawolves at the rain soaked University of San Diego. The Legion is now 1-1 on the season.
The Legion led 14-3 at halftime after being awarded a penalty try and a try by wing Mike Te'o.
The Legion's only points in the second half was a penalty kick.
Next week the Legion returns to USD to face Houston in the Major League Rugby "Game of The Week" on the CBS Sports Network at 7:00 p.m.
