
Saturday's Scrimmage against Charlotte Open to Fans

Greenville Triumph SC News Release
Greenville, S.C. - The Triumph return to action this Saturday, February 22nd, for their second match of the preseason. Their scrimmage against the USL Championship's Charlotte Independence will take place at 7:00 PM at Alumni Stadium on the campus of Bob Jones University. The scrimmage is open to fans and free of charge.
Fans planning to attend should park in the parking garage at the corner of West and South Drives on the BJU campus. Alumni Stadium can be accessed from the ramp on South Drive. No concessions will be sold on site. Select merchandise and season tickets will be available for purchase. Smoke devices are not permitted at this match.
The Charlotte Independence began play in the USL Championship in 2014 and are coached by former Dallas Burn head coach Mike Jeffries.
Greenville will continue their preseason Saturday, February 29th against North Carolina F.C. in Cary, NC. The club will play two scrimmages against collegiate teams in March before opening their season March 27th against the Chattanooga Red Wolves at Legacy Early College.
