Saskatoon Blades Mid-Season Prospect Update

Saskatoon Blades News Release


The future of the Saskatoon Blades looks very bright with a number of the 28 players currently on the team's Player Protected List having strong seasons.

Some of the notable performances this season include recent list addition Austin Daae, who currently is third in scoring in the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League, with 45 points; 2009 1st round WHL Bantam Draft pick Ryan Olsen, who is tied for 12th in the BC Major Midget League with 28 points; and goaltender Tyler Oswald, who has a sparkling.923 save percentage in 13 games this year in the Manitoba Midget AAA Hockey League.
