San Jose, CA- The San Jose Giants kickoff their next homestand with a literal bang on Saturday, July 4 as they host the Visalia Rawhide for a holiday weekend three game series, and then welcome the Bakersfield Blaze for a four game series. This homestand will not only feature great baseball, but also fun for the entire family with back-to-back Postgame Fireworks, a USA jersey auction, 90s Night, Video Game Day, Joe Panik Bobblehead Giveaway and Star Wars™ Night all scheduled.

Promotions and Special Events:

Independence Day Celebration: On Saturday, July 4 the Giants will celebrate America in front of a sold-out crowd at Municipal Stadium. Fans can still get great seats and catch more fireworks on Sunday, July 5 and the players will be wearing special Stars and Stripes jerseys both days that will be available for fans to bid on in an in-game silent auction. After the game on Sunday, winning bidders can take the field and get their jerseys right from the respective players. The first 1,000 fans in attendance both days will receive a complimentary American flag.

Postgame Fireworks presented by Comcast: Following the game Saturday, July 4 there will be a special Independence Day fireworks show, presented by Comcast.

Mix 106.5 Saturday in the Park: Saturday, July 4 is another Mix 106.5 Saturday in the Park! Be sure to stop by the Mix 106.5 Booth down the third baseline and enter to win great prizes.

Postgame Fireworks presented by City National Bank: Immediately following the game Sunday, July 5 fans will want to stick around to see the night sky light up over Municipal Stadium with Postgame Fireworks presented by City National Bank.

KBAY's Giant Sunday: Sunday is another KBAY Giant Sunday at Municipal Stadium. Fans can visit kbay.com to print out their KBAY Family Four Pack for Sunday's game. The Family Four Pack includes four tickets, four hot dogs and four sodas for just $39. #SJGPanikAttack Scavenger Hunt: On Friday, July 10 the #SJGiants will be hosting their Homegrown Champion Joe Panik Bobblehead Giveaway to the first 1,000 fans at Municipal Stadium, presented by Alliance Credit Union! Leading up to the game, from Monday, July 6 through Friday, the team will host their #SJGPanikAttack Scavenger Hunt. Each day a picture of the Joe Panik Bobblehead will be posted on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat at a different location somewhere around the Bay Area. Guess his location for a chance to win tickets to Friday's game. One winner will be selected EVERY DAY! Joe Panik Bobblehead Giveaway presented by Alliance Credit Union: The first 1,000 fans through the gate Friday, July 10 will receive a Homegrown Champion Joe Panik Bobblehead presented by Alliance Credit Union.

Star Wars™ Night: In a short, short time at a ballpark not so faraway ... It's the third annual Star Wars™ Night at Municipal Stadium on Friday, July 10! Fans who dress up in their favorite Star Wars™ gear will receive two future game tickets. Members of the Golden Gate Garrison 501st Legion will be in attendance dressed in their full regalia!

Star Wars™ Night Jersey Auction: The Star Wars™ jerseys that the players will be wearing Friday, July 10 will be available in an in-game silent auction through the sixth inning. Proceeds from the auction will benefit the Police Amateur Athletic Foundation in Officer Michael Johnson's name.

KRTY Family Friday: Friday, July 10 will be the seventh KRTY Family Friday of the season. Stop by the KRTY booth at the ballpark and check out the KRTY live broadcast and enter to win great prizes.
