San Antonio Talons Set Sky Dancer Tryouts

SAN ANTONIO (January 14, 2014) - The San Antonio Talons are pleased to announce that the dates and times for their 2014 Sky Dance Team Auditions have been set. The Sky Dancers are entering their third season under the leadership of Dance Director Jessica-Marie Sanchez. Sanchez is a former Silver Dancer for the San Antonio Spurs where she was team captain for two seasons.
The first round of auditions will take place on Saturday January 25th at 3:00pm at the Gold's Gym at Fiesta Trails. Gold's Gym is located at 12481 W IH-10 San Antonio, TX 78230. Ladies over the age of 18 are encouraged to audition for the 2014 Sky Dancers. Participants should bring appropriate footwear for participation in several different types of dance. Sign in begins at 2:00pm. A cut down of participants will take place at several points during the process until the finalists are selected.
Finalists should be prepared for an interview process after the initial round of dance auditions. Interviews will take place on January 26th and 27th. All finalists must participate in the interview process.
Sky Dancer Audition Finals will take place on January 28th at 7:00pm at the Thirsty Horse Saloon. The Thirsty Horse Saloon is located at 2335 NW Military Hwy San Antonio, TX 78231. The audition finals will conclude at 9:00pm with the judges final selections announced at the conclusion of the program. All Talons fans are encouraged to attend the event and to show their support for the Sky Dancers and the 2014 San Antonio Talons.
